NML are excited with the arrival of Richard Schroder and Debbie Derman – two vibrant, well-travelled and dynamic individuals. Both have solid academic backgrounds (Richard having a Masters degree in Computer Science and Debbie an engineering degree), have been regular candidates on the Dean’s Merit List and join the team as part of the senior developer contingent.
Richard is a work hard, play hard kind of guy, where work is often hardcore mountain biking (as a Cape Epic and Sani2C finisher) and play is tinkering with new technologies, while Debbie seizes every opportunity to travel, horse ride and be in the great outdoors. We have no doubt that these two individuals will add a great new dimension to the NML team.
